Ingredients
  1. 1 kg ground lamb
  2. 3 tsp cumin powder
  3. 3 tsp coriander powder
  4. 1 tsp ground black pepper
  5. 1 tsp red chillies flakes
  6. 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
  7. 1 tbsp milk
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Yoghurt
  10. Tortillas bread (lavash)
Tomato sauce
  1. 1 tbsp olive oil
  2. 1 tsp onion powder
  3. 1 tsp garlic powder
  4. 2 tomatoes chopped
  5. 2 tbsp tomato paste
Instructions
  1. Mix milk with breadcrumbs (help with keeping meat moist and not hard after baking) add to the minced meat followed by the spices mix all well and let it chill in the fridge for an hour.
  2. Form a medium sized balls and shape them to 7 inch long sausages, preheat the grill or oven and place them on the grill or tray if using an oven, and cook for about 20 minutes making sure to turn them often.
  3. Prepare the tomato sauce, in a sauce pan heat the oil over medium heat add the chopped tomatoes, the onion powder, garlic powder, tomato paste, salt and pepper to taste cook for couple of minutes or until smooth.
  4. Roll the cooked Kebab pieces with a Tortilla and cut into bite size pieces and arrange them on serving dish around BULGUR Pilaf, making a circle as shown in the picture.
  5. Drizzle with tomato sauce, top the Bulgur with some yoghurt and serve them hot

Ingredients
  1. 3 cups fresh rocket (arugula) and baby beet leaves
  2. 2 medium tomatoes
  3. 1 onion
  4. 1 cucumber
  5. 4 skinless salmon fillets
  6. 1 tbsp olive oil
  7. Salt and pepper, to taste
  8. 1 1/2 lemon
Salad Dressing
  1. 1/4 cup lime juice
  2. 3 table spoons olive oil
  3. 1/2 tsp each: salt and pepper
Instructions
  1. Take that half lemon and squeeze some juice over salmon fillets, spray or brush the sides with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  2. For the citrus salad, peel, slice the onion and tomatoes, halve and quarter the cucumber lengthways, then cut into slices.
  3. Mix the dressing ingredients together.
  4. Combine the veggies slices, salad leaves and dressing in a bowl
  5. To make the salmon grill:- Heat a non-stick pan grill salmon over medium-high heat for 3 min on each side or until cooked to your liking.
  6. Divide the salad combination between the four plates topping each with the grilled salmon and lemon wedges, drizzle over the remaining dressing.
  7. Enjoy.
